Product listings, prices, and availability shown on this site are indicative and subject to change without notice. Submitting an order or quote request through this site is an inquiry, not a binding purchase — a firm order is confirmed only once Global Exotic Timber issues a written quotation or invoice and both parties agree on price, quantity, grade, and shipping terms.
Exotic hardwoods are a natural material — grain, color, and figure vary between individual boards and shipments. We grade every consignment to the standard agreed at order confirmation, but natural variation is not grounds for a quality claim unless the material falls outside the agreed grade.
Shipping timelines quoted on this site or by our team are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, freight carriers, or events outside our reasonable control. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We provide FSC, PEFC, CITES, and phytosanitary documentation where applicable to the species and destination. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm import requirements for their destination country prior to ordering CITES-listed or otherwise restricted species.
You agree not to misuse this site — including submitting false information through our forms, attempting to access restricted areas, or using automated tools to scrape or spam our systems.
Information on this site is provided in good faith for general guidance. To the extent permitted by law, Global Exotic Timber is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website; our liability for any confirmed order is limited to the value of that order.
